By scheduling service, requesting an estimate, approving a proposal, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to residential and commercial work performed by Razorback Air Conditioning ("we," "us," or "our").

Services

Razorback Electric provides residential and commercial electrical services including troubleshooting, repairs, panel upgrades, dedicated circuits, lighting, EV chargers, generators/transfer switches, and permitting as applicable. The scope for each job is detailed in your estimate or invoice.

Razorback Air provides HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services. The specific scope of work for each job is defined in the written estimate or work order. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where unsafe, unlawful, or impractical conditions exist.

Estimates, Proposals & Approvals

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. After diagnosis, we present upfront, flat-rate options before work begins. Deposits may be required for special-order materials or large projects and may be non-refundable once ordered. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We schedule appointments within available service windows and make reasonable efforts to arrive on time.

  • You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to secure pets, valuables, and sensitive items.

  • We may reschedule due to weather, emergencies, supply chain issues, or safety concerns.

Pricing, Deposits & Payment

  • Prices exclude taxes, permit fees, and disposal fees unless expressly included.

  • Deposits may be required for equipment orders or large projects and are generally non‑refundable once materials are ordered.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept common payment methods; returned payments may incur fees.

  • Past‑due balances may accrue late fees and collection costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees as permitted by law.

Permits & Compliance

Where required, permits and inspections will be obtained in accordance with local regulations. Code upgrades mandated by authorities may result in additional charges if not included in the original scope.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible parts and equipment. Our workmanship warranty is stated on your invoice. Misuse, lack of maintenance, or third‑party alterations may void warranties.

Cancellations, Returns, & Restocking

Please give reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule. Special‑order items may incur restocking or cancellation fees. Installed/opened electrical components are typically non‑returnable due to safety regulations.

Customer Responsibilities 

  • Maintain the system per manufacturer recommendations (e.g., filter changes, scheduled tune‑ups).

  • Inform us of building rules, HOA requirements, or site constraints before work begins.

  • Obtain approval from the property owner or landlord if you are not the owner.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Update to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
